Dear Parishioners,
I recently received a letter with comments and observations about some important matters for our parish. Topics raised in the letter involved Children’s Liturgy of the Word, how we share information in the bulletin, titles for ministry groups, the promotion of vocations, and the transition from a Pastor to a Pastoral Coordinator. These are timely topics for our parish community and something our staff would like to openly discuss with interested parishioners.
Unfortunately, the fact the letter did not include any names or contact information, significantly hinders our ability to start a dialog surrounding these topics.
It is our sincere hope that if parishioners have a suggestion or concern, or a criticism of how we are meeting or not meeting what you would like to experience at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, that you would please bring such matters to our attention in a manner that would allow us to contact you to begin such an open dialogue.
It is through the open exchange of ideas and differing opinions that we grow and mature in faith, understanding and relationship with God and one another.
