The Development Director (DD) is primarily responsible for overseeing all Parish and School Development strategies, activities, and events. Major responsibilities include planning and overseeing the execution of all major Development programs (e.g. School Annual Fund, REACH Auction, Parish Sacrificial Giving, Annual Catholic Appeal, Scrip Program, Grant Writing, Major Donors, School Endowment, Planned Giving, Alumni Association, Grandparents Association, and other development initiatives). The DD works closely with the Parish/School Administrator, School Principal, Event Chairs, parish and school staffs, committees and commissions, and numerous volunteers.
The Marketing and Enrollment Coordinator (MEC) is primarily responsible for implementing school marketing and enrollment programs. Primary responsibilities include: coordinating the school’s communication program (updating the website, newsletter, and social media); publicizing school and student events and achievements, and coordinating and overseeing retention and enrollment events (e.g. Catholic Schools Week, Open Houses, School Tours, Small Family Gatherings, Commitment Night for current families, Parent Ambassadors, New Family Orientation). The MEC works closely with the Principal, school faculty and staff, and parent volunteers.
