Summer Camps at Saint Patrick Catholic School

Saint Patrick Catholic School offers an enriching series of Summer Bridge programs powered by Club Z! Tutoring designed to prepare students for the academic year while igniting their passion for learning! The one-week sessions offer a dynamic blend of hands-on activities, engaging workshops, and expert instruction tailored to different grade levels and subject areas. Whether your child is interested in art, STEM, English language arts (ELA), or math, we have a camp to suit their interests and needs.

Sessions are $100 per week per student. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Art Camp

July 15 – July 19 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

Art camp activities for K-2nd, 3rd-5th, and 6th-8th Grade cohorts offer a dynamic blend of age-appropriate hands-on art projects and introductory lessons on various mediums. Students will unleash their creativity from painting to design while gaining valuable insights into the art world. Take advantage of this opportunity to ignite your child’s imagination and foster a lifelong love for artistic expression!

STEM Camp

July 22 – July 26 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

K-2nd and 3rd-5th Grade cohorts will spend this week exploring grade-level concepts and fun, hands-on activities to support STEM learning. From exciting experiments to interactive projects, our expert instructors will ignite curiosity and foster a love for learning!

The STEM offering for 6th-8th Grade students is a Coding Camp designed for beginners and students with some coding experience. Students will learn programming fundamentals, including variables, data structures, control structures, syntax, and tools/platforms. The primary learning mode will be via visual block coding, providing a fun and engaging hands-on method for grasping key programming concepts. The final two days will focus on fundamental game design and development. Students will work with school-provided Chromebooks. Coding Camp Facilitator Mike Freeman is a Saint Pats grandparent and a retired IT professional with 17 years of experience. It is a fantastic opportunity for middle school students interested in IT at any level!

ELA Camp

August 12 – August 16 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

ELA campers will dive into the world of creative writing as we explore storytelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic sentence structure for our younger learners while focusing on essay structure and composition for our older students. We will guide students through engaging workshops and activities to enhance their writing skills and unleash their creativity. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to receive personalized assistance with their summer reading assignments, ensuring a productive and enriching summer experience for all. Take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to sharpen your writing skills and spark the imagination of K-2nd, 3rd-5th, and 6th-8th-grade cohorts.

Math Camp

August 19 – August 23 | 9:00am – 12:00pm

Math Camp will be an enriching week of academic reinforcement and preparation! Our K-2nd, 3rd-5th, and 6th-8th Grade Math cohorts will focus on strengthening grade-level math skills, offering personalized support for any concepts students may have struggled with during the academic year. We’ll also assist with summer climb homework as needed and offer previews of upcoming year content for those seeking enrichment. Take advantage of this opportunity to boost your child’s confidence and academic success in the year ahead!
