Hello, and welcome to Saint Patrick Catholic School! We’re so happy to have you here.

My name is Kate Chambers, and I serve as the current Principal at Saint Patrick Catholic School. My experience in Catholic education began as a kindergarten student at Ascension of Our Lord School in Philadelphia, PA, and continued through graduate school. I began my teaching career as a fifth grade teacher at a Catholic school in Tigard, OR, in 2004. My professional experience includes being a classroom teacher in multiple grade levels, library media specialist, vice principal, and principal.

Saint Patrick Catholic School’s mission and philosophy root me daily in my relationships with staff, students, and families. 

You can rest assured that I wholeheartedly believe in our faith formation and education. It is a daily blessing in my life to have my own children attend our school, and it is great to have you as part of the Shamrock family as well. 

As Principal, I humbly follow in the wake of all of the women and men who served before me; especially as I walk in the footsteps of the Dominican Sisters who founded our school. Our work today is possible because of their call and dedication to Catholic education.
